Analogue Micro Dispensing System Controller V10 for controlling P-Dot & P-Jet Micro Dispensing Valves

Efficient and easy to use controller for micro-dispensing jet valve P-Dot / P-Jet.

Ideal for applications where clients wish to use their own controllers, but the controller (e.g. PLC) cannot generate a high speed 2ms square-wave 24VDC pulse.  The V10 ensures the dispense valves are energised correctly for optimum performance.

Digital Micro Dispensing System Controller V10 Digital for efficient control of P-Dot & P-Jet Micro Dispensing Valves

Easy to integrate & freely programmable providing an even more efficient way to to control the micro-dispensing P-Dot / P-Jet valves.

A very precise & real-time capable controller to enable a great variety of different dispensing tasks. The controller manages up to 4 different dispensing tasks via USB/V24 interface.

Once entered, the programs can easily be selected depending on the I/O signal sent.  The V 10 D is ideally suited for integration into special purpose machinery.

Liquidyn Dispensing Controller Type V100

V100 Micro Dispensing System Controller for full control of P-Dot & P-Jet Micro Dispensing Valves

By integrating all peripheral components, like the control electronics, air pressure and heating regulation in one piece of equipment, the Controller V100 provides a very convenient way of completely controlling the micro dispensing valves P-Dot and P-Jet over the whole range of their operational capabilities, all included in one easy to use unit.

The Controller V100 includes, besides the control electronics, two precision pressure regulators, one for fluid pressure, the other one for working pressure and provides optional heat regulation. It contains a control panel with a graphics display on which a large number of programmed parameter adjustments can by viewed and adjusted.

The Controller V 100 comes with the standard 19 modular housing design enabling easy integration into a standard 19 rack, but can also for used as stand-alone unit as well.

Digital Motion Controller M10 for synchronising rotational motion with P-Dot & P-Jet Micro Dispensing Valves

The M10 Digital Motion Controller is a multifunctional, freely programmable control device for the Liquidyn micro dispensing valves in combination with a stepper motor axis.

Highly accurate and real-time capable control for the synchronised dispensing when using a stepper motor to rotate a component under a micro dispensing valve. The M10 controller controls the rotational motion of the part and synchronises this to the dispensing action of the micro dispense valve to ensure accurate repeatable results.

Wherever liquid or pasty products need to be applied on waves, drilled holes, or the like, the motion controller M10 is an elegant and effective solution. The M10 can be used for manual working stations, as well as for customised machines as a module.

Liquidyn Nozzle Heater Temperature Controller Type T10

The T10 Nozzle Heater Temperature Controller is a compact digital temperature controller to regulate, display and control the temperature of a nozzle heater of LIQUIDYN dispensing valves.

The T10 has a user interface which is easy to use and which displays the actual value and the set value. The set value can be pre-set in the range of 0 C - 90 C maximum. The temperature controller is furthermore equipped with an alarm output, which releases an electrical alarm signal when a pre-set control deviation is triggered.

The controller offers an automated self-optimisation, which makes it possible to adapt the step response to the individual external conditions. The control mode corresponds to that of a PID Controller.

Liquidyn Hotmelt Temperature Controller Type T20

The T20 Hotmelt Temperature Controller is a compact digital temperature controller to regulate, display and control the temperature of the hotmelt heater for LIQUIDYN dispensing valves.
